HIPAA Business Associate Agreement & Submission
To electronically submit the Business Associate Agreement (BAA), complete the requirements in the boxes below. You will not receive an auto-filled version of the BAA upon completing an electronic submission; however, your account will be updated to reflect your acceptance of the BAA.
